Levels of Consciousness Chart: My Map to Wendy

Levels of Consciousness Chart: My Map to Wendy

This is the Levels of Consciousness chart by Dr. David R. Hawkins. It serves as a guide, a spectrum for the human spiritual experience. A map of sorts, for the inner journey we’re all on.

I first received this chart from Kwa, and since then, it’s become something I lean on daily. It helps me check in with myself, gently steering me away from the heaviness - what some would call a spiritual death, or what is known as zero vibration or frequency.

Wendy never got to see this chart… but I know without a doubt she would have loved it. We would have spent hours talking about it, laughing, questioning, dreaming up how we could use it to help guide others too - just like we always did with the magical and metaphysical.

Now, it feels like it’s my role to carry that conversation forward.
To share this with you in a way that makes sense.
To remind you that you’re not lost - you might just be low on energy, weighed down by emotions that are part of being human.

This chart gives us a chance to pause, reflect, and ask:
“Where am I right now?”
And more importantly, “What would help me rise just one step?”

It’s not about being perfect or happy all the time.
It’s about becoming aware.
And with that awareness, learning how to gently raise your vibration, shift your perspective, and reconnect with your heart.

Because the goal isn’t to escape life - it’s to fully live it.
And to live it with more love, more presence, and more truth.

🌊 What Are the Levels of Consciousness?

At its core, the chart is a scale that measures our emotional and energetic state—from the lowest vibrations like shame, guilt, and fear, all the way to love, joy, and enlightenment. Each level holds a frequency, and those frequencies influence how we see the world, how we treat others, and how we treat ourselves.

What’s powerful about this scale is that it shows us that consciousness isn't fixed. It can be shifted, step by step, with awareness and intention.

❤️ How This Can Genuinely Help You

This isn’t about chasing perfection or becoming “high vibe” all the time. Life will naturally bring us to all parts of the scale—grief, anger, sadness, peace, love. That’s human. But this chart gives us a gentle framework to understand where we are emotionally… and how we might rise when we're ready.

Here’s how you can use it:

1. Check in with compassion

Ask yourself:

“Where am I on this scale right now?”
If you're feeling overwhelmed, you might be in fear or guilt. If you're at peace, you might be in acceptance or love. There's no shame in where you are - only honesty. Just noticing your state gives you power.

2. Don’t force it—shift softly

You don’t have to leap from grief to joy. But maybe today you can move from guilt to forgiveness. Or from apathy to just a spark of willingness. The smallest shift upward can create new momentum.

3. Use it to understand others

Sometimes when someone lashes out or withdraws, they’re stuck in shame or fear. This chart reminds us that people aren’t always “difficult” they may just be hurting. This helps us meet them with more compassion, or at least create healthy boundaries.

4. Use it in healing

Whether you’re moving through loss, burnout, or a spiritual awakening, this chart becomes a map. It won’t take the pain away - but it will help you make sense of it. It reminds you that where you are is not where you’ll stay.

5. Return to love

One of the most beautiful truths the chart shows us is this:

Love is the turning point.
Once we start living from the heart, everything changes. Not instantly, but steadily. Life softens. Doors open. The world begins to reflect the peace we carry within.

✨ In the End...

You’re not climbing a ladder. You’re unfolding into who you already are.
This chart doesn’t demand anything of you - it just offers a path when you’re ready.

So when life gets heavy, remember:
You’re not stuck. You’re just between levels.
And with a little honesty, a little love, and a lot of grace, you will rise.

This isn’t just spiritual fluff—it’s a tool that can genuinely transform your life.
